A transport portal of electronic services - e-transport.gov.ua has been created in Ukraine. It combines electronic services in all areas of the transport industry into one smart system.

The portal was presented today, on December 27, 2019, at a joint briefing of Vladyslav Kryklii, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and Mykhailo Fedorov, the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation.

On the transport portal there are not only state transport administrative services, but also general thematic services. The portal was created in accordance with the new standards of public services.

“Multimodal transportations and digital transport corridors are priorities for the Ministry of Infrastructure. To do this, we create electronic services in all areas of the transport industry. Digital solutions are needed for the development of the Silk Road and other transport corridors. These are real steps, which help us to integrate into a single transport network connecting Europe with Asia and turn Ukraine into an international transport hub,” Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Kryklii said.

According to the Mykhailo Fedorov, the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation, implementation of electronic services it is not just a translation of old government services into online, but this is an optimization of services taking into account urgent market needs and convenience for users. “In addition, we are working to ensure that all public electronic services are provided in a single interface. To do this, we developed a design code "Action". It is modern and recognizable. The electronic services transport portal complies with these our principles. Services are provided quickly and conveniently, online payment has been introduced,” Deputy Prime Minister Fedorov said.

Volodymyr Nabokov, Director General of the Branch Center for Digitization and Cyber Security, introduced the services that are now available on the portal.
