To the attention of the candidates submitting the applications to take part in the concession tender on transferring into concession assets of State Enterprise "Kherson Commercial Sea Port" and the assets of State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" and in the concession tender on transferring into concession assets of State Enterprise "Stevedoring Company "Olvia" and assets of State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" (the “Concession tenders”):

Due to the staff changes in the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine the Head of both Tenders’ Committees, Viktor Dovgan, was excluded from the Tenders’ Committees and replaced by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure – Andriy Galushchak.

Considering the above, Viktor Dovgan is no longer the Authorized Official of the Grantor (the Ministry of Infrastructure), as stated in Annex 1 to the Instructions for Candidates (Data Sheet) equally for both Concession Tenders.

At the same time, please be informed that the staff changes in the Ministry of Infrastructure do not in any way affect the work of the Tender Committees, which continue to work  usual.
