"Tomorrow Ukrainian Parliament will vote on the Road Fund legislation during the first reading. It was preceded by extensive work: we have conducted dozens of meetings of the Transport Committee and several rounds of consultations with parliamentary factions and experts. As a result, we have a balanced document, which has the support of about a hundred deputies. I hope that tomorrow, on Thursday, the Parliament will support this important legislation, as easy, as it was discussed. In fact, it is a key approach if we want to create the system and move away from manual management of the infrastructure. This is not Ministry’s legislative initiative and not even the governments; this bill is for Ukraine and we sincerely hope that tomorrow and during the final vote it will be supported by deputies. Especially in light of the day of infrastructure hearings in the Parliament (which will take place in October of this year).” – said Volodymyr Omelyan.

We have a wonderful synergy of the coalition and the government.  I believe that this package of legislation prepared by the Ministry of infrastructure together with the deputies cannot have opposition. These legislation will form the paradigm of modern Ukraine and will create an additional inflow of tens of billions of hryvnas into our economy.  That means new roads, modern ports, affordable and comfortable air connections, and a number of other innovations that we are introducing today, and they should become a system and regular routine for every Ukrainian. I hope for a positive vote tomorrow and during October-November.  I wish we voted for these legislation by the constitutional majority," - said Volodymyr  Omelyan.
