Road complex is a system of motor roads, utilities, public and private companies and organizations that serve them. The importance of roads of Ukraine in international transportation is confirmed by the fact that 4 of 10 international transport corridors pass through Ukraine, including through existing motorways such as Kyiv-Chop and Kyiv-Odessa. The total length of network of roads of national and local importance is about 170 thousand km. Their quality significantly affects the efficiency of national business and the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy
