Nataliia Kozlovska

 

Nataliia Kozlovska was born on 18 September 1975 in Kyiv.

Education:

In 2004, Nataliia Kozlovska graduated from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, qualified as a technologist-designer in sewing products.

In 2006, she graduated from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, with a degree in Civil Service.

In 2017, she graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University, with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Employment history:

In 2007 - 2015, she worked in the departments of the Ministry of Regional Development responsible for state programs, housing development, and regional development. 

In 2015 – 2018, she worked as Director of the Department of State Programs and Housing Development of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine, and in 2019-2021 as Director of the Department for Infrastructure and Technical Regulation of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. 

Since 2021, she has worked as Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, and since 09 December 2022, after the establishment of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development, she was reappointed as the Deputy Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development.

Under the scope of her responsibilities, Nataliia Kozlovska will direct and coordinate activities to ensure the performance of the Ministry's tasks and functions in shaping and implementing of the state policy in the following sectors:

  construction, urban planning, spatial planning of territories and architecture

  technical regulation for construction, pricing in construction

  architectural and construction control and supervision

  ensuring the operation of the Unified State Electronic System in the construction sector

  improvement of settlements

  housing policy

  monitoring of the development and implementation of urban planning documentation at all levels

  maintaining the urban planning cadastre at the state level.
